Tag each as Keep / Replace / Kill.
Cancel Kill the same day — do not ‘decide later’.
Calendar: subscription audit first Monday each month.
Keep it honest
If you cannot name the weekly job a tool does, cancel it.
Automations should reduce decisions and errors — not hide broken processes. If a Zap fails weekly, fix the process or delete the Zap.
