This guide is part of a free series: 50 useful automations for people running the business alone. Download the printable PDF anytime: Free PDF — Keep privacy and terms updates tracked.
Stack that stays small

Tools named here: Notion, GitHub, Calendar. Prefer official docs and native features before adding another SaaS.
Ship the automation
Store privacy/terms in git or a dated Drive folder.
Changelog: date, what changed, why.
Annual calendar review or when adding a new vendor/processor.
Link policies from checkout, signup, and footer consistently.
Keep it honest
