Record once, cut many
Film a ten-minute walkthrough of the product or a teardown of a niche problem. Edit the master in Descript by cleaning the transcript. Cut shorts in CapCut or Opus Clip. One honest recording beats seven staged dances.
Use Runway sparingly for B-roll when reality is dull. Do not let synthetic video become the whole personality unless that is the bit.
Hooks in the first second
Start with the pain sentence from Part 1. Show the screen. End with a single next step. Soft endings die in the feed.
Captions on. Sound off is the default commute. If they cannot read it, they will not watch it.
Repurpose into the doctrine
Transcripts become articles. Articles become threads. Threads become emails. The loop is the business.
