Ship the automation
Upload your MSA and SOW templates to Dropbox Sign / DocuSign.
Enable automatic reminders at day 2 and day 5.
On complete: save PDF to Drive and notify you.
Optional: signed contract → create Stripe customer / project folder.
Keep it honest
Never start unpaid work on a verbal yes. The flow should make signing easier than delaying.
Automations should reduce decisions and errors — not hide broken processes. If a Zap fails weekly, fix the process or delete the Zap.
