Cookie notice

Owner of the Internet uses cookies and similar storage (including localStorage) as described here. This notice should be read with the privacy policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We also use localStorage for the same kind of purpose: remembering a setting. Together they are “similar technologies.”

2. How we ask

UK (PECR) and EU/EEA (ePrivacy + GDPR): we do not set optional analytics or marketing cookies until you accept them. Rejecting optional cookies is as easy as accepting. You can change your mind from Cookie settings in the footer.
United States: necessary storage runs so the site works. We do not sell personal information. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control (GPC), we treat that as an opt-out of sale/share and keep marketing cookies off.
India (DPDP Act, 2023): information that identifies you, including cookie identifiers tied to a device, is personal data. We process it for the purposes in the privacy policy. Optional measurement stays off unless you allow it.

4. Third parties

Checkout happens on Stripe. Preview generation may call screenshot or Open Graph services for the URL you submit. Currency conversion for India uses a public FX API. If you allow Analytics, Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics load as well. Those parties have their own notices. We do not load advertising networks unless you opt into marketing.

5. How to manage cookies
