Who runs this court, and what the crown actually is

People land here and ask two questions. Who sits on the homepage right now? And who is behind the joke? The first answer changes whenever someone claims the crown. The second does not. Blackbird Corporation operates Owner of the Internet. The contact address is hello@blackbirdcorporation.com. That is the operator, not a character in the spectacle.

The spectacle is simple on purpose. One URL. One owner. Their live website, cropped from the top, sitting where a brand campaign would usually put a hero film. We do not invent a second internet. We do not sell IP blocks. We do not transfer anyone’s domain. We rent attention on a page we control, then we admit that is all it is.

That honesty is the difference between a gag and a scam. A visitor who understands the rules can still enjoy the sport. A founder who understands the rules can still use the screenshot. A regulator or an ads reviewer who reads this page should see a named business, a contact, terms, privacy, and an archive of who sat.

Claims are user-submitted. That is the interesting part and the dangerous part. A throne that accepts any HTTPS site will attract junk, phishing, and worse if we sleep. We keep the right to refuse and to pull a placement. If you bring a site, bring one you would put on a stage with lights. If you bring a trap, you will not stay.

We do not inflate a live crowd in the browser. View figures on the homepage are stored against takeovers. They are not unique visitors counted while you watch, and they are not a promise we sell to media buyers. If advertising ever appears on this site, it will be labelled in the cookie notice and in ads.txt with a real publisher ID — not a counter that wiggles to look busy.
